Shirley Jean (Bush) Yeigh, age 81, went to be with her Lord on the 11th day of January 2022 at the Arbor Care Center in O'Neill, Nebraska.

Shirley Jean was born in Bonesteel, South Dakota on December 8, 1940 to Clifford and Rosie (Janousek) Bush.  She grew up and graduated from Fairfax High School.  On April 3, 1960 Shirley was united in marriage to Raymond Keith Yeigh.  To this union four children were born: Rick, Eugene, Robert and Jennie Rose.

Shirley enjoyed her children, grandchildren, reading, puzzles, gardening, fancy needlework, computer games and fishing.

Grateful for having shared in her life are her children: Rick and wife Sherry of Sioux Falls, SD; Eugene of Bonesteel, SD; Jennie Rose and husband Richard Langdeaux of Wagner, SD; her grandchildren: Betsey, Nathan, Tonya, Clifford, Ryan, Angel, Tex, Richard Jr. and Marie; her great-grandchildren: Rilley and Samuel; her sisters: Rose Westra of Sioux Falls, SD; Louise Anderson (Jay) of Gretna, NE; Linda Remter (Leo) of Fairfax, SD; Carol Shanahan (Jimmy) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her brother, Stanley (Marsha) of Pensacola, FL; her sister-in-law, Shirley Bush of Topeka, KS and a host of nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Robert, great-grandson Lyle Eugene, brothers: Leroy, Lyle, Merle and Everett and her sister, Edith.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the United Church of Christ in Fairfax, South Dakota.  Inurnment will be in the Highland Cemetery, Fairfax.
