Lori Ann Moor was born May 22, 1959 at White Lake, South Dakota to Robert and Gertrude (Hoffmann) Herrlein and she died October 21, 2007 at her home in Bonesteel, South Dakota at the age of 48 years.

Lori grew up in White Lake, South Dakota, where she graduated from High School. She then attended Dakota Wesleyan University where she graduated from the nursing program. She served as a RN in Belle Fourche, Gregory, Winner and ended her career, due to health reasons, working in the emergency room in Mitchell.

On December 17, 2005 she married her soul mate, John Moor, and the couple made their home in Bonesteel.

Lori is survived by her husband, John of Bonesteel, SD; her daughter Heather (Herrlein) Cain of Sioux Falls, SD; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Moor of Burke, SD; her sisters: Bobbie and husband Jake Prickett of Mitchell, SD; and Kathy Hallmann of Mitchell, SD; her brothers: Tim and wife Mary of Stillwater, MN; and Mark and wife Kathy of Edgely, ND; her brothers-in-law Marvin and wife Deb Moor of Kadoka, SD and Harlan of Mitchell, SD; a special uncle, Bernard Hoffmann of White Lake, SD; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Gertrude and one infant brother.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Bonesteel. Burial will be in the Rosebud Cemetery, Bonesteel. There will be a prayer service on Thursday at 7:30 PM at the church. Visitation will be one hour prior to both of the services at the church.
