Kenneth Charles Klufa was born February 5, 1931 at Burke, South Dakota to James and Clara (Aaseth) Klufa.  He died October 27, 2018 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Burke, South Dakota at the age of 87 years.

Kenny attended school in Burke and following his schooling he entered the Military.  After a short stay in the military, he returned home to Burke.  After his return he began his "career" in the family store.  He always enjoyed good music and was a local history buff.  He followed sports avidly and was a lifetime member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Burke.  He supported any and all of the local sports teams.

Kenny is survived by his brother, Paul; and a sister, Dona.  Paul and his wife Mary Jane live in Ames, Iowa.  Their son, Jim and wife Rebeca live in the Phoenix area.  Their daughter Ann and her husband Mike have two daughters, Skylar and Elsa and they live in Syracuse, New York. Dona has three sons: Reed and Jeff live in Georgetown,  Colorado and Kent and his wife Joyce are in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Merle.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church in Burke.  Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery, Burke.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
