Kenneth Eugene "Kenny" Noelle was born August 19, 1961 at the Winner Hospital to Jerold and Mary (Way) Noelle. He passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Redfield, South Dakota at the age of 52 years.

Kenny lived most of his first year in Manhattan, Kansas. He returned to Winner in August of 1963. He later moved with his family to Burke, South Dakota Where his dad worked for the Soil Conservation Service until his death on January 15, 1987.

Because he was mentally handicapped, Kenny moved to the Redfield State Hospital and School on March 17, 1975. He remained there the rest of his life. Due to severe health problems, he was taken to the Redfield Community Hospital where he passed away.

Kenny was preceded in death by his dad, Jerold, his grandpa, Emil Noelle, his maternal grandparents, Charles and Caroline (Einshpar) Way and several aunts, uncles, a great niece and many cousins.

Kenny is survived by his mother, Mary Noelle of Burke, SD; his grandma, Iren Noelle of Waterville, OH; three sisters: Donna (Stan) Cerny of Beech Island, SC; Patty (Brad) Sperl of Dakota City, NE; and Denise Noelle of Mitchell, SD: two nephews: Dan (Courtney) Sperl of Plankington, SD; and Nathan Sperl of Omaha, NE; two nieces: Amy (Chris) Hawkins of Beech Island, SC and Jessica Cerny of Raleigh, NE; two great-nieces and one great-nephew as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Grace Lutheran Church in Burke. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery, Burke. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.
