Dominic John Baldwin was born the evening of April 11, 2026, at 17 weeks. His name means “belonging to God,” and he joined our Heavenly Father that night. Though his time here was short, he will be forever loved and remembered by his family. Dominic is survived by his parents, John Baldwin and Angel Baldwin; his siblings, Aubrey Piper, Ariel Baldwin, and Wayne Baldwin; and his grandparents, Michael and Mary Baldwin, and Eric Smith. Dominic will be laid to rest at the foot of his great-great-grandmother, Frieda Baldwin, who was known for her gentle way of comforting babies. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Bonesteel, South Dakota, with Father Ron Garry officiating.
